Skinny No Carb Lasagna

Skinny No Carb Lasagna

When I go low-carb, I mean it, so recipes like my Skinny No Carb Lasagna are crucial to my success. Why? Bottom line, I get super bored (when I eat the same food over and over again), and if I don’t switch it up, my commitment dwindles. In other words, I want to eat something that tastes like it’s hiding carbs when in reality, it’s not. Skinny No Carb Lasagna by Skinny Girl Standard, a low calorie and low carb food blogSo this is my Skinny No Carb Lasagna and – I’m not sure if you can tell – but there’s no pasta to be found. Skinny No Carb Lasagna by Skinny Girl Standard, a low calorie and low carb food blogHere’s a close up. You can see all that melted cheese up close and personal. If you’re not a fan of turkey bolognese, mozzarella, parmesan, or ricotta, you probably won’t like this recipe. But if you’re like me and think, “The more meat and cheese, the better,” this is your new best friend. Skinny No Carb Lasagna by Skinny Girl Standard, a low calorie and low carb food blogAnd then you can see a little garlic-y seasoning sitting right on top, and you’re like, in love. Skinny No Carb Lasagna by Skinny Girl Standard, a low calorie and low carb food blog Skinny No Carb Lasagna by Skinny Girl Standard, a low calorie and low carb food blogBy the way, be smart. Favorites? I love my Impastable Pasta by ThinSlim Foods. I could eat the entire bag in a day without feeling even a little guilty about it. I also love pizza, therefore that low-carb pizza crust is a have-to-have. And finally, every single muffin, particularly that double chocolate muffin, looks incredible.

This looks so good and I LOVE that its single serving! I rarely make lasagna because I’m just cooking for myself and can only handle so many leftovers of the same dish.

      Katie,

That’s exactly why so many of my dishes are single serving 🙂 My husband is always eating something different than me (let’s be honest, I’m a total health freak and sometimes can’t commit to all-the-time Pizza Hut lol), so I love cooking for one (or for two, but separate meals). Plus, I get to eat the entire thing!

      Xoxo,
      Jordan

Hi Jordan , it is nice to meet you… I was on line looking for recipes for ground turkey and saw this! It looks very good, but I do not have all of the ingredients to make it tonight! So some other time! I, like you… normally fix something different for my husband, as he is a meat and potato type f man! We have been married 38 years, and both f our boys are in to keeping fit and eating healthy! I trained them up right! They are now 33 and 29! I am in the midst of trying to lose 30 more pounds, so maybe your recipes will help me with that! Take Care and God Bless…
